Welcome to NeuroNetwork. As our mission statement says, we are a community-based Wellness Centre, located in Steveston Village in Richmond, British Columbia – just a short drive from Vancouver.
Our main focus at NeuroNetwork is the use of a personalized form of neurofeedback from Brain State Technologies, called RTB™ – or Real Time Balancing. We like to refer to it simply as ‘brain training’. This leading-edge technology is currently being used in close to 140 centres around the world.
Through life traumas, injury, loss, illness and stress – our brains can become unbalanced and our thoughts scattered, hyperactive – even obsessive and self-destructive at times.
This is why so many people seek out yoga, meditation and exercise – because of the power these practices have to make our body/minds feel more quiet, spacious, balanced and centred. When our brains are out of balance, we may even turn to food, drugs, alcohol or other addictive substances or practices in a similar attempt to find peace – though these respites are short-lived, and can bring problems of their own.
Some of us want to enhance our performance at work, in relationships or in the fields of recreational or elite athletics – but something is holding us back from being our best.
We like to think of our personalized neurofeedback as a kind of ‘meditation machine’ that is a safe and effective short cut to re-claiming feelings of wellness, spaciousness, harmony and peak performance and serves as an adjunct to healthful practices like yoga, meditation and exercise.
Neurofeedback is a safe, totally non-invasive method of mapping brain wave activity. It is a form of biofeedback using EEG – electroencephalography.
Each brain is like a fingerprint – totally unique to its owner. The RTB™ neurofeedback system differs from others in its ability to mirror the brain to itself – and re-balance the master control unit of the brain - so that you can feel like yourself again.
NeuroNetwork provides a safe, professional, confidential, spa-like environment to optimize your wellness, restore balance and encourage peak performance.
We also offer energy work in the form of facilitated meditation and therapeutic energy healing, and high-level performance coaching from our highly qualified and experienced practitioners.
